        <p>A white marble columnar statue base shaft (H. <measure dim="height" type="length">1.67</measure>, diam.
<measure dim="diameter" value="length">0.48</measure>) with a moulded upper rim; the stone is badly weathered, and
partly broken away above.</p>

the style appears appropriate to the late third or early fourth
century. Boulanger apparently saw traces of red in the letters, but
none remains.</p>
