ος ἐν παντὶ ελ και προμοίρως ὁ δεδ ιεν ἀξίαν τῶν ἤθῶν μαρτυρίαν ους τοῦ ἀνδρὸς αὐτῆς καὶ Ξεν ων αὐτῶν ομένων ἀρχαιρεσιῶν δεδόχθαιτῇ βουλῇ καὶ τῷ δήμῳ ουσαν Ἀπφίαν
Translation

i. ? having lived a ]well-ordered [ life and having ?]shown [...] of us [...] for consolation[...] and Adrastos [...] ? they honoured [...]
