Translation

Perhaps a reference to Augustus.

Commentary

The monumental lettering suggests that this is part of an imperial inscription, and that we might restore Σεβαστὸν although the surviving letters could be interpreted in other ways - e.g. a mention of an Adrastos. The use of the accusative perhaps suggests that this refers to a statue.
