<p><rs type="material" key="marmor">White marble</rs> <rs type="objectType">statue base</rs> (<measure type="length" unit="metre" dim="width">0.60</measure> × <measure type="length" unit="metre" dim="height">0.46</measure> × <measure type="length" unit="metre" dim="depth">0.78</measure>) with moulding above and below. There are holes on the top surface for the attachment of the statue, which has its own semi-circular base. <head>Commentary</head>
<p>Two dedications of statues of Domitian (this and <xref type="iAph">1313</xref> =75.143) have been found at Aphrodisias; neither has suffered <term lang="la">damnatio</term>. Aphrodisias also dedicated to Domitian at Ephesus. For the discussion see Reynolds, loc. cit.</p>
