Edition τὸν πλάταν κατεσκεύασεν Μενεκλῆς Διονυσίου τοῦ Ἐπαινέτου τοῦ Ἀττάλου ἑαυτῷ καὶ γυναικὶ καὶ τέκνοις καὶ θρεπτοῖς ζῶσιν
Translation

The platform (for the tomb) was prepared by Menekles son of Dionysios the son of Epainetos who was the son of Attalos, for himself, his wife, his children and those he has fostered. They are still alive.
