Piece from the top of a white marble block (0.27 × 0.20 × 0.09). The face slopes backwards at the top; it is probably, therefore, part of a sarcophagus front.

Translation

in the [ . . . in ]one ?has been buried in the other will be buried [ . . . whomever] Kapitoleinos may determine. [In the burial] niches no one else except whover he [may wish . . . ] and subject [ . . . a copy of ] this inscription [was desposited in the property -archive when so and so was] ste[phanephoros . . . ]
