Plain white marble base, weathered (0.42 × 0.66 × 0.39), with holes in the top for attachment of a capital.

Inscribed on the lower fascia (0.51 × 0.10). The main text containing the decision must have been inscribed on a base below.

Edition ἡ βουλὴ καὶ ὁ δῆμος καὶ οἱ νέοι ἐτείμησαν Πάνφιλον Ἀρτέ μωνος Κροκίωναζήσαντα καλῶςκαὶ κοσμίωςἈρτέμων Ἀρτέμωνος Βάκχιος Κροκίωνα τὸν ἀδελφόν
Translation

The Council and the People and the Young Men honoured Panphilos Krokion son of Artemon who lived honourably and with due order. Artemon Bacchios son of Artemon set up Krokion his brother.
