Edition Ζήνωνα Ἀρτεμιδώρου τοῦ Δημοφάντου νεικήσαντα παίδων πυγμὴν τῷ ἐπιτελεσθέν τι ἀγῶνι τῆς τρίτης τετραετηρίδος Ἀφροδισιήων Φιλη μονιήων ἀγωνοθετοῦντος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἀδράστου τὴν δὲ ἀνάστασιν τοῦ ἀνδριάντος ποι ησαμένου Ἀρτεμιδώρου τοῦ πατρὸς αὐ του λαβόντος τὸ θέμα παρὰ τῶν κληρονόμων τοῦ Φιλήμονος κα τὰ τὴν Οὐλπίου Εὐρυ κλέους τοῦ λογιστοῦ κέλευσιν

Translation

[ - - ], son of Artemidoros, son of Demophantes, who won the boys' wrestling in the contest celebrated for the third four-year occurrence of the Aphrodeisiea Philemoniea when Titus Aelius Adrastos was contest president. The erection of the statue was done by Artemidoros, his father, who received the prize from the heirs of Philemon, according to the instruction of Ulpius Eurykles, the curator.
