<p>Part of a <rs type="material" key="marmor">white marble</rs> <rs type="objectType">stele</rs>, broken away above and to the left (<measure type="length" unit="metre" dim="width">0.55</measure> × <measure type="length" unit="metre" dim="height">1.05</measure> × <measure type="length" unit="metre" dim="depth">0.12-0.15</measure>). with a relief below of a <rs type="decoration">lion</rs> apparently with hind legs on a base, a <rs type="decoration">dog</rs> below, and a <rs reg="victory (winged)" type="decoration">winged victory</rs> to the right, her hand upholding the lower right corner of a moulded panel.</p>

<p>It would be reasonable to interpret this text as a record of the restoration of memorials to his ancestors by an Aphrodisian of the late first or early second century A.D., probably Kallikrates son of Molossos, who recorded such activity in <xref type="inscription" n="529" href="120402">12.402</xref>, <xref type="inscription" n="530" href="120701">12.701</xref>, with particular reference to the late Republican Kallikrates son of Pyhthodoros, <xref type="inscription" n="531" href="110301">11.301</xref> (cf also <xref type="inscription" n="528" href="120103">12.103</xref>, <xref type="inscription" n="531" href="110301">11.301</xref>).</p>
