<p>The Council and the People and the Gerousia and the Young Men honoured Attalos son of Makedon son of Aristeas son of Alexandros <seg cert="low">Apollonidas</seg> for his own virtue and that of his ancestors, and the goodwill to the people shown through his public services and dedications.</p></div>
