Statue base of tapering white marble statue base shaft, damaged above but substantially reconstructed from fragments (0.465–0.425 × 1.17 × 0.44).

0.017; apices on Ρ and Α in l. 1; ligatured ΗΝ in ll. 3, 10, ΤΗ in ll. 4, 7, 8, ΗΜ in l. 5.

Probably third century A.D. (lettering; nomenclature).

Translation

Statue of Marcus Aurelius nus, son of Artemon son of Kallikles, surnamed "Gecko", sculptor; he lived with modesty and self-control, giving an example of virtue. The erection of the statue was the action of Zenas, his son.
