Translation

The archons of the most splendid city of the Aphrodisians, (led by) Aurelius Antonius Neikomachos Blastos, first archon for the third time, consecrated and set up the People of the Aphrodisians.

This belongs with the other dedications of the Peoples of other cities (12.924, 12.925, 12.926, 12.927, 12.928, 12.929, 12.930), found in the same area.
