<head>Commentary</head>
<p>The association of c with the other fragments, originally made by Robert, appears very likely.  It is very probable that these blocks come from the same building as <xref type="inscription" n="1028" href="121006">12.1006</xref> (=MAMA 498) (which was also reused in the construction of the West gate) and come from one of the buildings constructed by Jason Prabreus and his wife, Julia Paula.</p>
