Inscribed on the edge which is damaged and, at left end, covered by other debris.

Translation

[The sarcophagus and] the place on which the sarcophagus is placed and the burial nichesbelong to Mar[cus Aurelius Apollo]nios son of Demetrios son of Apollonios and his wife Aurelia

Commentary

The text will have continued on the body of the sarcophagus.
