Standard second to third century forms; ligatures: ΜΜ in l. 1, ΤΗ, l. 5, ΗΜΗ, l. 6.

Edition Ἀμμιανὸν οὐδεὶς δὲ ἕτερος ἐξουσίαν ἔξει ἐπιχειρήσας ἕξει ἐνθάψαι ὧν τὸ τρίτον ἔσται τοῦ ἐκδικήσαντος καὶ οὐδὲν ἔλαττον μενεῖ κύρια τὰ ὑπ'ἐμοῦδιατεταγμενα τῆς ἐπιγραφῆς ἀπετέθη ἀντίγραφον εἰς τὸ χρεοφυλάκιον ἐπὶ στεφανηφόρου τὸ Φλ. Δημη τρίου μήνος

Translation

. . . ]Ammianos [ . .c. 42 . . and no-one else shall have ] a right [ to bury here . . . c. 35 . . . since whoever] undertakes [ to do so shall pay . . .? . . . of which one third] shall be [for the prosecutor; and none the less shall my instructions remain valid. A copy of the] inscription [was deposited in the Property -archive in the stephanephorate] of Flavius (or Flavia) Deme[trios (or Demetria) month ?]

Commentary

Neither Ammianos notr the stephanephoros are identifiable at present.
