On the box of a white marble garland sarcophagus, within the central garland, on a surface which is in very poor condition; for further description see Isik 10.

Inscribed on the face.

Letters

Neat and well-aligned, in the second-to-fourth-century style, without any exaggeration of details.

Date

Probably second half of the second century (lettering, nomenclature).

Edition ολω τοῖς Ἑρμολάου ΛυσίαςἙρμολάου τοῦ Λυσίου τοῖς ἀδελφοῖς
Translation

[To name and name ] the sons of Hermolaos; Lysias son of Hermolaos the son of Lysias, for his brothers.

Commentary

It is not clear how many brothers were commemorated, but at least two, and possibly four. Although found at Hirka (cf. also 14.3 ) the lettering is not really distinguishable from that of Aphrodisian masons, in marked contrast with that of 14.3.
